Cristiano Morganti is the CEO of the Luxembourg subsidiary of NetService, the company in charge of setting up the UPC IT system. As the project director for the UPC Case Management System, he is best suited to explain to attendees the intricacies of the Case Management System for the opt-out during the sunrise period. Cristiano holds a Master (MLitt) in Economics from Trinity College Dublin.

Lisa Ambrosini is a senior patent and trademark administrator with over 12 years’ experience working in intellectual property in London and Sheffield. Head of Formalities prior to relocating in Luxembourg, wherein she hired, trained and supervised a team of 5 formalities officers supporting patent and trade mark attorneys in domestic, European and foreign filing, prosecution, renewal and recordal tasks, Lisa now advises clients about intellectual property processes and trains UPC course's attendee for Net Service Luxembourg. Lisa is a British qualified patent administrator and graduated from the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA). She is a native English speaker.
Adam Browne
UPC CMS Trainer, Net Service Lux, Luxembourg (Luxembourg)
Adam Browne has worked on the UPC project since it started. He is a content designer for the training department and provides training for the UPC CMS. Adam is also a content and documentation creator for the Net Service Academy E-Learning platform. He is a native English speaker.
Cristina Carpani
Senior UX Designer, Net Service SpA, Bologna (Italy)
Cristina Carpani is a business requirement manager at Net Service SpA, and is responsible for the design of case management systems (CMS) for the courts and the legal sector. Cristina has been involved with the UPC IT project since its inception in 2015, and has been part of team at Net Service SpA that has developed the CMS for the Unified Patent Court. Since 2020, Cristina has also been supporting the team in charge of the realisation of the new CMS for the Court of Justice of the European Union. She is also active as User Experience designer for applications and systems.

The Case Management System (CMS) serves as the core collaboration platform for performing the judicial tasks of the UPC. It is the official channel to access the Court and to perform activities with legal validity. The CMS provides the technical environment for direct and effective interactions for the UPC staff as well as between the UPC internal and external users.
