Olga is working in the area of auditing EU funds since 2003. She started as an internal auditor for auditing the EU pre-accession instruments and continued with audits of the EU funds. Her current responsibilities are related to the quality control of audit work and coordination of anti-fraud activities. In addition Olga has participated as a short term expert in 5 Twinning projects in the area of auditing EU funds and implementation of the anti-fraud measures. She also has extensive experience as a speaker in different international seminars and conferences.
Inese Levana
Senior Expert of EU Funds Audit Department
Inese Levana has an extensive 10 year EU funds audit experience within the Audit Authority for ESI Funds, RRF and other foreign funding in Latvia. As a team leader for complex system audits and systemic issues, Inese has been focusing her work with the top management of ministries and EU funds implementing bodies in Latvia as well as European Commission services and the European Court of Auditors. She has considerable training and public speaking experience in different seminars for EU funds professionals and within Twinning, TAIEX and other international projects. Prior to EU funds audits, she has also worked with Ernst & Young Baltic office risk advisory services, which included a range of assignments in public sector in Latvia. Inese holds an MBA from Salford University, UK.
