Graduate Biologist Dr Henriette Wolf-Klein
Dr Henriette Wolf-Klein completed her biology studies with an emphasis on pharmacology/toxicology in 2001 with her dissertation. She then started her professional career as a conference manager in the Pharma & Healthcare department at the FORUM Institute.
She has lead the department since 2007 and is personally responsible for training in the field of regulatory affairs and health policy. She coordinates the activities at the FORUM Institute in Italy and Jordan. She is a member of DGRA and DIA.
Graduate Biologist Regine Görner
Regine Görner completed her biology studies with a diploma and initially worked as a medical representative. In 2000, she switched her field of activity to clinical research. Beside her operations as Clinical Research Associate (CRA) and project manager in several national and international clinical trials, she was also responsible for the education and the training of new CRAs.
In 2005, she started work as conference manager at the FORUM Institute. Since then she has been responsible for the conception and organization of training in the areas of clinical affairs and oncology as well as for training for the healthcare market in Switzerland. Since 2016, she has additionally been appointed as Deputy Department Manager Pharma & Healthcare.
Graduate Biologist Dr Claudia Michaela Gottwald
After successfully completing her biology studies, Dr Gottwald finished her doctoral thesis in the field of pharmacology, thereby, bridging the pharmaceutical industry.
She joined the FORUM Institute in 1998 as Conference Manager Pharma & Healthcare and led the division from 2001 onward as Division Head Pharma & Healthcare, when she was joined by Dr Wolf-Klein in 2007. Currently, Dr Gottwald supervises the field of regulatory affairs maintenance, GDP, as a conference manager as well as veterinary medicines and animal feed.
Elsa Eckert, PTA
After many years of working in a public pharmacy, Ms Eckert gained extensive experience in the healthcare field while working in a large PR agency.
Since 2005, she has worked as a conference manager for Pharma & Healthcare at the FORUM Institute. She is responsible for the areas of cosmetics, dietary supplements and production. In addition, she supervises the seminar offers for the pharmaceutical assistants.
Jessica Jegodka, M.Sc.
Jessica Jegodka completed her biochemistry studies at the University of Bielefeld with a focus on organic chemistry and cell molecular biochemistry. She finished her master’s thesis at the German Cancer Research Centre in Heidelberg in the department Innate Immunity.
In January 2014, she started as a conference manager in the Pharma & Healthcare department and supervises the seminars and conferences for pharmacovigilance and pharmaceutical law.
Laura Vogelmann, M.Sc.
After completing her bachelor’s degree, Laura Vogelmann went on to finish her master’s degree in molecular nutrition science at the University of Hohenheim. Partial results of her master’s thesis in the field of oncological fundamental research were published at an international congress in London.
Since 2013, she has worked as a conference manager for Pharma & Healthcare at the FORUM Institute. She manages the topics pharmaceutical quality, production, CMC as well as R&D.
Graduate Biologist (FH) Biotechnology Ute Akunzius-Jehn
Ute Akunzius-Jehn completed her studies of biotechnology with a degree in engineering. After her studies, she worked in sales and application for over ten years for international companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. These companies focused on producing in-vitro-diagnostics, medical devices and scientific instruments. Then, Mrs Akunzius-Jehn switched to product management of a technical medical company in the area of Heidelberg, which is leading in the field of histopathology.
Since July 2012, she has worked as a conference manager for FORUM Institute and is responsible for seminars and conferences for the medical device industry.
Cornelia Gutfleisch, M.A.
After completing her studies of German linguistics at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, with her master’s thesis subject being on ‘linguistic marketing regarding the advertising of books’, Cornelia Gutfleisch worked in neurophysiological research as well as for a famous enterprise in the healthcare field. There, she was responsible for marketing and sales education.
Since the mid of 2014, she started work as a conference manager in the Pharma & Healthcare department and supervises the seminars and conferences for marketing, medical affairs and hospital.
Graduate Biologist Dr John Bührdel
Following his studies of biology, Dr Bührdel completed his doctoral thesis at the Universitätsklinikum in Ulm on the molecular basis of rare muscle disease. Parallel to his studies, he worked in the field of biological toxicity analysis.
Since April 2016, he is part of the FORUM Institute and is responsible for training in the field of clinical studies focusing on IT, data privacy protection and several other indications, as well as the healthcare market in Austria.
Dr phil Valeska Steinig
After her dissertation and her function as executive assistant in healthcare market research, Dr Steinig worked in the field of medical further education. As an event manager she was responsible for programmes in haematology, oncology, rheumatology, nephrology, anaesthesia and intensive care. Furthermore, she managed the sponsors of the pharmaceutical industry.
Since October 2017, she has worked as a conference manager for FORUM Institute and is responsible for seminars and conferences for medical affairs, compliance and key accounting.
