Martin Koller-van Delden is senior partner and responsible for employment and labour law at MELCHERS Rechtsanwälte with offices in Frankfurt, Heidelberg and Berlin (melchers-law.com). He has been specializing in Employment and Labour law for more than 15 years.
Besides his education as a German lawyer (with honours) Martin has obtained a Master of Laws degree (with honours) at Exeter University, UK, and Université de Strasbourg, France. Mr. Gallini is a certified specialist in labour law. He has extensive experience in individual and collective labour law, in particular in the areas of litigation, contract drafting, works constitution law and the admission of foreign specialists to the German labour market. He represents companies as well as board members and executives in all labour law matters. Mr. Gallini continuously advises medium-sized companies as well as national and international groups from various industries, in particular from the sectors of information technology, mechanical and plant engineering as well as trade. He publishes regularly on current topics of labour law.
